The Digital Content Manager develops and executes Indiana Wesleyan University’s (IWU) comprehensive social media and digital content strategy, with a primary focus on driving enrollment and social media growth and engagement. This position is part of the Communications team within the Marketing department and reports to the Director of Communications. The Digital Content Manager builds brand awareness, collaborates frequently with teams across Marketing and the broader campus community, generates inbound traffic, and supports enrollment and alumni engagement through compelling, platform-specific storytelling and clear calls to action. The role ensures consistent messaging across all digital channels and cultivates a strong social media referral and alumni network for IWU. Additionally, this role provides writing and editorial support for broader marketing communications, including blogs, articles, promotional copy, and video/radio scripts. The ideal candidate is a versatile, skilled communicator capable of handling writing assignments across multiple formats and audiences.
Public Relations Specialist Administrative (Full Time) Marion, IN, Hybrid (3-4 Office / 1-2 Remote)
The Public Relations Specialist plays a key role in communicating Indiana Wesleyan University’s news and brand identity through high-quality, timely content. This position strategically shares news and feature stories to increase external brand awareness, strengthen internal morale, and support student enrollment. Blending public relations, social media, and written communication, the Public Relations Specialist helps shape IWU’s voice across multiple platforms. Through compelling storytelling, this role engages IWU’s audiences via news releases, blogs, university magazines, email journeys, video scripts, and marketing campaigns. The specialist develops strategic content and fosters relationships to amplify IWU’s brand, mission, and enrollment goals. This role supports the Marketing Department’s Communications Team by executing communication strategies and ensuring a consistent voice across all mediums.
Student Account Specialist 1 Hourly (Full Time) Hybrid (2 Office / 3 Remote)
The purpose of this position is to ensure accurate billing, provide customer service, and manage balances for enrolled students.
Accounts Payable Specialist Hourly (Full Time) Marion, IN
The position of Accounts Payable Specialist will ensure accurate and timely payment of university obligations. The Accounts Payable Specialist will also provide support to university departments regarding purchasing functions.
