Provides Academic Advising and other student support services for online and onsite National & Global students as they pursue various degree and certificate programs. Services provided include: academic advising, planning and scheduling out courses to degree completion, acting as a student advocate; assisting students with all academic needs related to completing their degree, and developing means of communication and support to students.
May work two days from any of our regional IWU Education Centers (Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky) and three days remote in a hybrid work environment.

The Assistant Esports Coach – Overwatch position will oversee the IWU Overwatch program by attending all practices, matches, and team events, providing constructive feedback for improvement, managing rosters, and working individually with student-athletes to ensure progress and growth.
The Assistant Esports Coach – Overwatch will also be responsible for working with the Head Esports Coach to monitor the academic progress of the members of the Overwatch team. They must also ensure that the students they oversee can grow within the Athletic Department’s motto of Both/And, as well as the Esports team’s core values of Kindness, Belonging, Integrity, Humility and Courage.

This position will have clear path of communication with attending OT on patient treatment, response, and continuous improvements to meet occupational goals. In addition, providing compassionate and welcoming attitudes to patients, families, and staff.
