The Director of Data Analytics serves as the Strategic Lead for data-driven retention interventions and intervention science within National & Global. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Learner Success, this individual contributor role is responsible for transforming complex student data from the institutional data lake into validated, causal insights that directly improve persistence and completion outcomes for adult online learners. This position is distinguished by its focus on establishing causality in retention research. The Director applies advanced statistical approaches to move the division from descriptive dashboards to prescriptive, evidence-based action, functioning as the lead practitioner for "Actionable Analytics."

Education Placement Coordinator Hourly (Full Time) Marion, IN
The Placement Coordinator serves as the liaison between the School of Teacher Education (STE) and the administrators and teachers of partnering schools used for field placements. The Placement Coordinator takes responsibility for seeking, assigning, confirming, and tracking all field placements and in organizing all related materials used to support teacher candidates, university supervisors, and supervising teachers. The Placement Coordinator also plans and leads special events related to practicum and student teaching. The individual in this position must be skilled in oral and written communication, highly organized, and able to see complex processes through to their outcome with little direct supervision.
MECS-NS Divisions Administrative Assistant Hourly (Full Time) Marion, IN
The Administrative Assistant provides support to the two divisions within the School of STEM. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, approachable, highly organized, and detailed oriented. The School of STEM has 27 full-time faculty members. The combined divisions offer majors in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Physics, Biology, Environmental Science, Pre-Health Care Sciences, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, and Engineering. The School has a strong commitment to high quality, academically rigorous teaching, and an emphasis in undergraduate research.
