Director of Student Engagement: Youth Ministry Events Administrative (Full Time) Marion, IN
Youth Ministries Events is a department housed in the School of Theology and Ministry. The Director of Student Engagement for Youth Ministry Events will supervise and mentor all Indiana Wesleyan student leadership teams for Fusion (a high school conference), Never Too Young (a middle school conference), Summer Ministry Teams, and Examen Camp. The Director of Student Engagement for Youth Ministry Events will also provide executive level leadership in the planning, organizing, and delivering of these events that connect IWU with over 25,000 students annually. Youth Ministry Events operates in three distinctive seasons. The Fall season is recruiting, implementing organizational structures, and planning. The Spring season is Fusion and Never Too Young management and implementation, and administrative organization for Examen Camp and Summer Ministry Teams. The Summer season is the implementation of Examen Camp, and management and support of Summer Ministry Teams, including 48 youth camps between June and July covering 18 states and Canada.

The position leads the 21st Century Church (“21CC” “or “Initiative”), an enterprise development initiative of N&G. The position provides thought leadership, program development, partnership development, facilitation, community development, and administration to develop and deliver the 21CC programs and learning experiences. In concert with the 21CC initiatives, the position supports the development of partnerships with churches, Christian non-profits, and other strategic partners in the Christian movement. The development efforts aim to support the university’s enrollment, advancement, and influence. The position requires travel and attendance at in-person training experiences hosted at IWU or client locations. The Director is responsible for maintaining a positive profit and loss statement and developing a strong financial plan for the 21CC.

The Division of Nursing in the School of Integrated Health at Indiana Wesleyan University is seeking applications from candidates with doctoral preparation for a full-time faculty position. The primary role involves teaching in the Doctor of Nursing Practice program. Successful candidates should firmly commit to scholarship, teaching, and practice. Brand & Marketing Operations Manager Administrative (Full Time) Marion, IN
The Brand & Marketing Operations Manager performs a vital role in the brand, marketing, and communications team at IWU. This role will have overall responsibility of the marketing needs of IWU Marion Campus, National & Global, and/or Wesley Seminary operational units. This role will ensure the university brand is represented with a clear, consistent, and effective messaging and design, which ultimately drives IWU enrollment, fund-raising, and student and alumni engagements. They will also serve as an intermediary between clients and the creative and marketing technology departments, providing guidance that ensures client needs are met, and brand standards are upheld. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional creative and technology team members, university constituents, and external agencies and vendors in order to achieve brand, marketing, and communications objectives.
Assistant Athletic Trainer Administrative (Full Time) Marion, IN
Primary responsibilities of the Assistant Athletic Trainer include providing athletic training services as determined by the Head Athletic Trainer, and assisting with the day-to-day operation, coordination, supervision, and evaluation of the athletic training program as it relates to athletic injury management and intercollegiate / club athletics medical coverage. Indiana Wesleyan University is a NAIA institution that sponsors 22 intercollegiate athletic teams with approximately 550 student athletes. The Assistant Athletic Trainer will also serve as a Clinical Preceptor for the Athletic Training Program. This is a full-time, 10-month position starting on August 1 of each calendar year and ending on May 30 or the conclusion of team’s spring competitive season, whichever is later.

Student Life Assistant--Summer Flight Academy Hourly (Part Time), Temporary (Any) Marion, IN
The Student Life Assistant is responsible to support the student life coordination for the Air Force JROTC Flight Academic initiative. The position will support the Student Life Director with the supervision, transportation, and logistical support for Air Force JROTC cadets – mostly rising high school seniors and newly graduated high school students – who will reside on the Marion, IN campus and complete flight training at the Marion Municipal Airport. The individual must be available part-time (up to 29 hours per week) throughout the duration of the Flight Academy (May 30, 2024-July 27, 2024). Additionally, the individual must be available for training (2-3 hours maximum) prior to the Flight Academy. It is expected that flight training and residential activities will operate six (6) days per week with Sundays and major holidays off. The Student Life Assistant position will load balance the schedule with the Student Life Director. The individual may not be enrolled in summer classes or have other employment that would impede their ability to work Monday to Saturday.

This role will monitor, report on, and develop strategies to support and increase military student retention, graduation rate, enrollment, satisfaction, and belonging for IWU National & Global military aligned students. This includes developing and lead the successful implementation of a rolling 1, 3, and 5 year plan for student success for military students while also developing strong partnerships with university enrollment, chaplains, academic advisors, new student coaches, financial aid, and career advancement teams to increase military student enrollment, retention, and graduation rates. This role will be responsible for developing partnerships with military-related organizations to help increase student enrollment, retention, and career placement of our military students. This position will also support compliance with the Department of Defense Veterans Affairs agencies to support enrollment and financial aid efforts. This role is expected to demonstrate a Christian worldview and uphold the University's Christ-centered mission in interactions with students, faculty, and staff.
